I have two pieces of great news to share with you.
One, the picture I just sent is of our newly ordered (delivery the first week of December) 40 foot shipping container that contains 8 CryptoPods with the dry coolers mounted to the roof of the shipping container. This is a very cost effective and efficient configuration (vice inside the warehouse).
Two, I had lunch today with the landlord, and he approved placing the shipping container outside along the outside wall of the warehouse. Not only that, but he also approved placing additional shipping containers on the lot across from the warehouse! Additionally, the landlord asked us if he could be a Partner as well!!!
Some details. The shipping container full of CryptoPods, only cost $20k more than buying 8 separate CryptoPods, but is comes with all of the electrical wiring completed within the container (there is a single electrical hookup to the container itself.).
I am working with the Electrical Engineer to modify the CAD file for the electric company. I will be sure to let you know when we get a date for electric hookup.
I am really happy about these developments because we now have a solid plan for phase 2 and many more additional phases of expansion (we can now consider each additional shipping container a phase).
